Camp, Clinic & Tournament Insurance Plans

Dissinger Reed and the NFHS have a wide variety of insurance options if you are holding a camp, clinic, team or league tournament.

If you are a member of the NFHS and you plan to sponsor or host a camp, clinic or tournament, you can purchase insurance to cover you, the participants and the sponsoring organization at reduced pricing.

Note: The coverage currently provided to you through your membership only extends to you as an individual. It does not apply to your duties as a camp or tournament director, nor would it cover the operation of a camp, tournament or the participants of those activities. For this reason, Dissinger Reed offers the option for you to purchase insurance for camps, clinics or tournaments run by NFHS association members at negotiated rates.

Program Limits:

Accident Insurance

  1. $ 25,000 Medical/Dental Maximum Benefit Per Person Per Injury
  2. $ 1,000 Accidental Death Benefit
  3. $ 1,000 Accidental Dismemberment Benefit
  4. $ 2,000 Limit for Physical Therapy/Chiropractic Treatment Per Injury/$50 Per Visit
  5. $ 1,000 Durable Medical Equipment Per Injury
  6. $ 1,000 Outpatient Prescription Maximum Per Injury
  7. $250 Deductible – per injury
  8. 52 Week(1 Year) Benefit Period
  9. Coverage is Full Excess of any other valid or collectable insurance

Liability Insurance

  1. No General Aggregate Limit
  2. $ 1,000,000 Per Occurrence Limit
  3. $ 5,000,000 Products/Completed Operations Aggregate
  4. $ 1,000,000 Personal Injury/Advertising Injury Limit
  5. $ 1,000,000 Participant Legal Liability Limit
  6. $ 300,000 Fire Legal Liability Limit
  7. $ 0 Deductible
  8. Sexual Abuse & Molestation is excluded
  9. Premises Medical Payments are excluded

How to Apply:

  1. Complete the NFHS Camp, Clinic & Tournament application.
  2. Send the application along with your premium check to K and K Insurance, PO Box 2388, Fort Wayne, IN. 46801-2338
  3. We must receive your premium prior to the start date of your event in order for coverage to be bound.
